Next Energy is proud to announce its appointment as a delivery partner on the Procurement Hub National Decarbonisation Framework. This is a major initiative focused on improving and decarbonising housing across England.
The framework is valued at £350 million over four years. It aims to accelerate large-scale retrofit projects. These projects will improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and support households facing rising energy costs.
Delivering Impact Where It Matters
As part of the framework, Next Energy will be delivering a wide range of turnkey retrofit solutions in line with PAS 2035 standards. Our approach will focus on:
- Fabric-first improvements to enhance building performance
- Installation of low-carbon heating systems
- Integration of renewable energy technologies
These measures will be rolled out across the North East, North West, and Central regions, helping to drive meaningful change in communities that need it most.
